→ Hammock to relax in the quiet and peaceful surroundings, experience a fresh breath of air, also worth a book reading session, maybe listen to the music or just enjoy star gazing.
→ Ample car-parking for 4 cars inside the villa.

MEALS

→ Fully-functional modular kitchen with modern appliances, sleek countertops and streamlined atmosphere.
→ Kitchen is accessible only to our in-house chef only, who can make delicious food on demand.
→ Breakfast is complimentary. Additional Charges will be applied incase you require Lunch and Dinner. 1k per person for a Lunch and a Dinner per day (set menu). Prior notice (at least 24 hours -48 hours required to better procure groceries on time and serve food as desired).
→ Furthermore, we can set up a barbeque for you in the lawn area with bar trolley, shack/ covered seating (bench and table). BBQ will be 600 per person per day (set menu).

EXTRA GUESTS

→ Upto 18 people can stay here. 6 extra floor mattresses can be provided here. Extra guest price: 2k per person after 12 guests (includes stay and breakfast cost).

GROUND / HOUSE RULES:

1. Transfer/ Hand over Refundable Security Deposit (20k) to our team before check-in and the same will be returned after check out.
If there are no damages, breach of house rules, late check-out, etc. we will refund the entire amount as it is. Otherwise, there will be deductions such as 5,000/ hour for late check out; other deductions are subjective).

2. Since, we are situated in the hills away from the commercial area we require extra time to procure groceries, vegetables, etc. 100% payment & Food Preference required 4 days prior to the check-in.

3. No loud music after 8-9 pm. Guests can still play light music indoors post 8 pm during winters and 9 pm during summers.

4. Any illegal activity, use of narcotics, prostitution, etc. will NOT be tolerated. Immediate report to the local police authorities will be made, if suspected.

5. Smoking strictly NOT allowed inside the villa. Guests can smoke only in the balcony or outdoors. Smoking inside the villa will attract a PENALTY of Rs. 10,000. Please be mindful of the cigarette buds while disposing.

6. Kitchen Closes at 10 PM. Incase of multiple nights booking, Breakfast after 10 am will be charged. Our team will retire at 10 PM. Kitchen access is RESTRICTED for guests.

7. This place is not ideal for stags (all boys group), we will cancel the booking if found all stags have booked the place.

8. The number of guests shouldn’t exceed the actual guests at the time of booking. We have all the right to cancel the booking- if discrepancy is found.

9. Male staff travelling with you will not be allowed inside the villa. We will help you to make their arrangements for accommodations and meals in a nearby budget guesthouse.

10. Upto 2 female staff travelling with you are allowed to stay inside the villa. Separate floor mattresses will be provided for them.

11. Check in: 2 pm onwards and Check out: 11 am. Failure of abiding the timings and rules will attract a penalty and forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

12. Events/ Corporate Off-sites are allowed. Separate charges will be applicable as per the guest/ visitor count.

13. Ancillary services like bonfire, bbq, live singer performance, decorations, etc. can be arranged at an extra cost.

14. Pets are NOT allowed inside villa.

Lunch: 2 pm to 3:30 pm
High Tea: 5 pm to 5:30 pm
